Offices, viewing areas, bathrooms and the mother's room are shared with every rental. Dimensions are approximate.

Standard is for occasional or one-off bookings. Block is a block of months on a fixed weekly slot. Residency is a twelve-month commitment to a fixed weekly slot, so your players have a consistent home in the building. Single- and two-pod rates are the same seven days a week; only full-facility rental is discounted on weekends. Rates are per hour and exclude applicable taxes.
What's included

- Lobby and viewing area with CCTV feeds from the pods, so families can watch from indoors.
- Additional viewing with picnic-table seating.
- Offices and bathrooms, with central heating and air.
- Private mother's room with a changing station.
- Coffee, tea and vending.
- Adult workout area for your players' parents, after signing an Applied Soccer Lab waiver.
Before your first session
- A signed rental agreement. A time slot isn't held until it's signed.
- A deposit.
- Proof of insurance.
- Participant waivers for everyone on the turf.
